Here it is! My second more reputable second attempt *laughs* I decided to go with black lace and a blue base coat colour, much more fitting. I have realised why one of my new years resolutions was to stop reading through fashion blogs religiously. They put me off blogging *laughs* when you see the pictures these blogs spew out each month it's breathtaking...how much are they paying their photographers? Images like that come with a price, my humble and lack lustre non-DSLR images don't match up, but, I work with what I have ^^

The results were much more fruitful in this second attempt! But, I won't be trying out this look again on my nails.

I can definitely see them as lace in the second picture, up close, but from far away it looks sort of like scales. Nicely done nevertheless!
