Review| Clinique High Impact Lipstick in #15 Orange Burst

Evening!

I'm sorry for the lack of updates lately, but uni is swallowing me up whole like a good tasting chocolate cake. Not to mention, I've started driving to uni after many years (4 years) of having my drivers license! *laughs* Just the other day I scratched someone's car while I was parking...I felt so bad! But anyway, things happen *laughs*. Tonight I'll be reviewing Clinique's high impact lipstick in the color orange burst! I've been in search for a warm Summer/Spring color, since down here in the south we're in Summer up until March. The one thing I love about this lipstick, is that it has SPF 15 in it, which means my lips don't dry out as much in Summer. But there are the occasional times where my lips are being stubborn and they feel uncomfortable. But nothing to hectic like flaking and cracking! I hope you enjoy the post! :)

I love how the packaging of the lipstick reminds me of a bullet! It looks so sleek and silver! *laughs*

The only qualm that I have about this lipstick, is that from far away it looks like I've only applied lipstick to my lower lip! My brother said to me once that it looked like there was only lipstick on my lower lip but up close you can see there is lipstick on both my lips. Which is why in the pictures you can see the lipstick clearly because it's up close. But I guess that's the problem you face if you have dual toned lips! Other than that, it's a lovely color for Summer/Spring, I absolutely love it!

I'd say you'll get a good 2 hours of wear out of this lipstick. When I eat, I try to eat very carefully so that all my lipstick isn't removed by the time I'm done eating. So after I ate, I was left with a sheer tint of color on my lips. But if you're one of those (which I am most of the time) who don't care about the lipstick and eat to enjoy you'll be left with nothing on your lips. This lipstick wipes off in a heartbeat! Which annoys me, I always try to find lipsticks which will leave a nice tint on my lips! If I remember correctly I purchased this for approximately 99zar::$9.05.

Till we meet again!
Bye Bye!
