Review| Garnier Eye Rollerball

Good Morning!

I literally made a 360 degree turn off the highway back home this morning! Traffic was awful! So awful! It was chock and block filled with cars, with not an inch of breathing space between cars. Trying to get someone to allow me to pass in to the next lane so I could turn off the highway was even worse! So here I am, writing a review on the most used eye rollerball that I've incorporated into my "beauty routine"! I bought mine for R99::$9.19 at Clicks for all the S.A readers that want to get their hands on it! I hope you enjoy this post! :)

I was really surprised at how little product you get when you buy the eye rollerball! Being a mega cheapskate and gaining more bang for my buck, I'm always greedy for how much product you get when you buy a make-up item. I mean there's only 150 applications in this small 6 ml tube which has a shelf life of 6 months. It only comes in two colors light and medium which makes no sense in my opinion because there are way more varying shades of color in our universe for there to be only two colors available to the public.

The gripe that I have with this product is the fact the I feel if I don't apply it, everyone on planet earth can see my dark under eye circles, but then on one hand I feel like it doesn't do much to conceal my under eye circles. See my dilemma here? The coverage is quite sheer in my opinion. It can be built up to a more denser coverage but when I did that, there was a definite shade difference between the rest of my face and my highly illuminated under eye area.Which isn't a good thing...

Eew! Look at the sallowness and red sickly undertones *laughs*

As you can see from the picture, it definitely does what it claims on a few of the points it states. It illuminates, hydrates and conceals fine lines. That's what I love about the eye rollerball, I've heard of under eye concealers settling into the fine lines of the skin, but this product doesn't do that at all. I wear this for the entire time that I'm at uni and that's an almost 12 hour day that I stay at uni for *cringes* The eye rollerball is long wearing and at the end of the day there are still remnants of product left in the under eye area. But for those of you that want super coverage for those pesky dark circles and fatigue, this isn't the product for you! The fact that it's hydrating makes it perfect for anyone that suffers from a bit of dryness in the eye area, and if you're going for a natural (really natural) make-up look for uni or school, pick this up and have a try!

I hope this review was helpful!
Till we meet again!
Bye Bye! :)
