Evening Lovelies!

Uni has been keeping my me so busy these past few weeks! I should just marry it and get over and done with it *laughs* In the masses of tests and assignments I have to do, I still manage to find myself in a clothing store, re-stocking my Summer wardrobe *laughs* Honestly, these last few weeks of my last year at uni are gping to be so hectic, I won't have eyes left at the end of this semester. I'm desperately studying and working my ass off, to scrape my ass into honours next year *MUST become a biochemist!* This is usually the time I lose things, like my cellphone, textbooks, school bag anything you name it! So that's why I've been MIA lately! But thank you to everyone who still continues to view my simple blog, I appreciate it! ^_^ On another note I've just finished watching "Servant x Service" for anyone that loves everyday office life tide in with a cutsy romantic twist, check it out!

Good Afternoon!

So, Friday, my bastard of a lecturer decides to announce that he chose the top 10 students in biochem for honours next year....I literally sat there in class and thought to myself "this bastard" why did he have to ruin my weekend? I honestly have no motivation to study and this new found information should spur me on, rather than depress me. I'm at a stage now, where I feel like "what am I gonna do if I don't get into honors, I need to study or, just dying into a pile of crap would be better than what I'm feeling right now" but, whatever, life. goes. on.

Summer is coming up over here in the South and I'm so stoked! I can't wait for Summer! Usually I don't rant about Summer because all you ever do in Summer is sweat like a pig and you have to be on top of your game when it comes to shaving your legs! But lately, I've been loving the warm rays and wearing shorts and skirts. So, this haul is showing a bit of my enthusiasm for Summer! I hope you enjoy!

Nail Art| Fishtail Braid

Evening Lovelies!

This week has been somewhat hectic and I'm exhausted, but it's all worth it! I've always loved the look of a fishtail braid, it looks classy and chic, but the moment I try it on my hair, there are loose ends everywhere and my hair doesn't co-operate at all! So I decided, why not try it on my nails? This was my first attempt at a fishtail nail art design and I love how it turned out! The silver nail-polish in my opinion kicks up the design a notch.

Afternoon Lovelies!

I finally get a bit of downtime, only for a short while though! I can't even think straight at this point anymore, I've had close to 8 hours in the lab for the past week every single day! I'm not complaining, but dam, I need a break! Most of my inspiration for nail art designs stems from Japanese nail art magazines, which is shown in my design today. So, I hope you enjoy the post!

*le sigh* One week of my beautiful holiday has been cruelly taken away from me, by my uni *sob* I have to go into uni to complete an experiment, not that I'm complaining, since I love being in the lab. I just would have liked/enjoyed a proper holiday since the crappy past three weeks I've been having! I've been sick for a week and in that time, I was too weak to go to uni, I'm finally fully recovered, besides a slight cough....but now I have to spend my break at uni...ugh! "Ah well!"
